Aluminum Field is a moving sound sculpture that is made of aluminum foil. The material moves in a “natural” form using artificial wind. The lightweight but large aluminum foil sheet raises from the ground and creates both motion and sound with the help of a fan placed on one side of the foil sheet. The air circulating under the aluminum foil becomes a visible material as well as the foil sheet catches the air that creates sea wave movements.
